2. Digital Products

All products sold on DigitalProductMart are digital files delivered electronically. Upon successful payment verification, a download link is provided. Please download your product promptly after purchase.

3. License

You MAY:

• Use the product for personal or commercial/client purposes
• Edit and customize the product for your own use
• Use in unlimited projects

You MAY NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the original template files
• Share your download link with others
• Claim authorship or copyright of the original design
• Use the templates to build competing template marketplaces

4. Payment

All payments are made via JazzCash transfer to account 03125900730 (IBAN: PK80JCMA2409923125900730), in the name of Syed Mehmood Abdullah Shah. Orders are fulfilled after payment is verified by the customer entering their JazzCash Transaction ID.

5. Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are generally not offered once a download link has been delivered. Please review our full Refund Policy for eligible cases.

6. Intellectual Property

All product designs, descriptions, and website content are the intellectual property of DigitalProductMart. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

DigitalProductMart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Changes to Terms
