❓ How do I receive my download after payment?
After sending payment via JazzCash, return to the payment verification page, enter your JazzCash Transaction ID (found in the SMS you receive) and your sender phone number. Once verified, your download link unlocks instantly.
❓ Where do I find my Transaction ID?
After sending a JazzCash payment, you receive an SMS on your phone. Look for "TxnID:" in that message — the code after it is your Transaction ID (e.g. AA123456789).
❓ I paid but can't find my Transaction ID — what do I do?
WhatsApp us at +92 312 5900730 with your Order ID and a screenshot of your JazzCash payment receipt. We will manually verify and deliver your file within 1–2 hours.
❓ Can international customers buy from you?
Absolutely! We welcome customers from anywhere in the world. Payment is via JazzCash bank transfer (IBAN: PK80JCMA2409923125900730). Your product is delivered digitally, so location doesn't matter.
❓ Are the Excel templates compatible with Google Sheets?
Most Excel templates work with Google Sheets, but some advanced features may not be supported. We recommend Microsoft Excel 2016 or later for the best experience.
❓ Do Canva templates require a paid account?
No! All Canva templates work with a FREE Canva account. Click the link from your download and select "Use template" to make your own copy.
❓ Can I use these for commercial client projects?
Yes — all products include a personal and commercial use license. You can use them for client work. Reselling or redistributing the original template files is not permitted.
