Because all products are instant digital downloads, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
No Refund Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- You have already downloaded or accessed the product
- You changed your mind after the download was delivered
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You do not have the required software (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Canva)
- The product does not match personal expectations, when it clearly matches its published description
- Slow download speed or connection issues on your side
Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a full refund if:
- Your payment was deducted but you never received access to your download
- The downloaded file is corrupted, damaged, or cannot be opened
- The product is materially different from the description and preview shown
- A technical error on our end prevented you from accessing your purchase
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 48 hours of purchase via WhatsApp at +92 312 5900730. Please include:
- Your Order ID (shown on the download page)
- Your JazzCash Transaction ID
- A description of the issue (with screenshots if possible)
Approved refunds will be returned to your JazzCash account within 3–5 business days.
