No Refund Situations
- You have already downloaded the product
- You changed your mind after downloading
- You purchased the wrong product by mistake
- You do not have the required software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Canva)
- The product does not match expectations when it clearly matches the description
Eligible Refund Situations
- Your payment was deducted but you never received the download link
- The downloaded file is corrupted or cannot be opened
- The product is significantly different from the description provided
- A technical error prevented you from accessing your purchase
How to Request a Refund
Contact us within 48 hours of purchase via WhatsApp at 03125900730 with your Order ID, JazzCash Transaction ID, and a description of the issue. Approved refunds will be returned to your JazzCash account within 3–5 business days.
